| Registration Information |
Please note that pre-registrations are NOT considered as final registration. You will need to confirm your participation by filling in the final registration form. This could be done online.
December 23, 2006 is the deadline for:
On-line registration will close on 31 March 2007.
Registration fee:
- General (up to 23 December 2006): 200 €.
- Late (between 24 December 2006 - 31 March 2007): 240 €.
- Desk registration at the Conference: 280 €.
The registration fee will cover:
- Costs associated with the conference itself
- All coffee breaks (AM/PM)
- The lunch during the three full conference days (on 18th, 19th and 21st April)
- Conference services
- The proceedings and some conference material
- Welcome party and dinner on 17 April
- One day field trip with packed lunch on 20th April
- Closing Banquet on 21 April
The registration fee will not cover:
- Accommodation costs
- Dinner of 18, 19 and 20 April (the village offers several possibilities to eat a cheap dinner at about 10-15 euros, or more if you like. A list of conventionated places will be soon available on this web site)
Accompanying persons fee (containing total costs for lunches and social events):
- General (up to 23 December 2006): 100 €.
- Late (between 24 December 2006 - 31 March 2007): 120 €.
- Desk registration at the Conference: 140 €.
Conference fees should be payable to a bank account or by credit card.
The information and registration table will open on Monday morning 17 April at 8 am and will continue until 19 pm. On arrival you first have to register for the conference at the Registration Desk in the conference centre.
