On-line registration instructions
- To confirm your participation to the Conference (even if you successfully submitted the pre-registration form), please fill the on-line registration form in every part and submit it.
Please note: If you want to print the form you must do it before submitting it.
- After your registration you will receive an automatically generated e-mail with your User ID code: you can use this code to enter and modify your data or to pay the fee (if you haven't yet done).
- After your final registration it will be possible to submit the form with the abstract of your contribution (or contributions). To submit the abstract, use your ID number to enter the apposite form from the page "Online registration form".

Before the registration, please read carefully the deadlines, fees and payment conditions below.
Deadlines and fees
Online registration will be possible only by 31 March 2007. The Conference fee is 240 € (120 € for accompanying people)..
Please note: After 31 March it will only be possible to register at the arrival desk at the Conference (280 € per participant/140 € per accompanying person) and the payment will be possible only in cash.
If you want to sponsor low income countries participants, you can donate additional 20 Euros (extra fee) checking the apposite box in the on-line registration form.
Payment conditions
Conference fees should be payable:
- By credit card
Please note: If you pay by credit card, a bank commission will be added to the total payment (3,4% of the total amount + 0,39 Euro per transaction). The commission will be automatically calculated filling the registration form.

Note: Please send a copy of the bank transfer receipt to the Conference Secretariat via fax (+390287386214) or via e-mail (ebcc2007@faunaviva.it) to confirm the success of the payment.
Please also specify the name of ALL the participants and the accompanying people you paid for in the text of the fax or in the e-mail.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be sent to the Conference Secretariat in writing by the deadlines specified. Refund will be made after the event as follows:
- before 1 March 2007: 70% refund
- between 1 March and 31 March 2007: 40% refund
- after 1 April 2007: no refund
Participants who are unable to attend the congress at the last minute are therefore advised to encourage another member of their staff to attend in their place.
